Château Maine Gazin, a reputable winery located in the Bordeaux region of France, is known for producing high-quality wines that embody the region's rich viticultural heritage. Their Bordeaux Rouge 2018 is a notable example, crafted with a blend of classic Bordeaux grape varieties, predominantly Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.


This wine is celebrated for its deep ruby color, inviting aromas of ripe red fruits, and subtle hints of spices and oak from aging. On the palate, it delivers a balanced structure, smooth tannins, and a long, elegant finish, making it a fine representation of Bordeaux's winemaking excellence.

  • 6Hectares of vines on limestone clay soils yielding 5,400litres/Ha


Hand harvest, de-stemmed and crushed at winery reception. Alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks. Malolactic fermentation in 300L oak barrels for 12% and the balance in concrete vats. Maturation for 12-18 months with French oak before bottling at the Château in April 2020.
